Holidays	$55/night for a 3-night minimum (plus tax)

Monthly	$425.00 plus electric and tax
Seasonal	$3000.00 plus electric and tax (May 1 thru October 31)
RV Storage	$50 / month plus tax in our storage area

CABINS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: Please note that check-out time is 12 noon and check-in time is 2 PM.
PETS: $25.00 PER PET We welcome well-mannered pets and responsible pet owners, but please no Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers or other aggressive breeds. Please contact the office for information about pet restrictions.
CANCELLATIONS: Subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) day’s reservation fee. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check-in is considered to be 3:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date.
